Bugfix/bring back bidirectional 3d mode #105

Bidirectional 3D mode was broken in Bluejay 0.17, because of fixing temperature protection (on Blheli_S and Bluejay versions before 0.17 temperature protection didn't work at all). This pr removes temperature thresholds when changing motor direction when using bidirectional 3D mode.
