Watchdog #14

Watchdog implementation has been removed from #11

Watchdog needs more testing, should not be enabled by default and might (sooner or later) be a custom setting that can be enabled via esc-configurator.com

@damosvil is this something that still makes sense pursuing, or should we close this issue?

I would like to give it a second chance. It could be enabled when motor starts spinning and disabled when motor stops. It could save the esc when it is spinning very fast and it gets stuck for some reason. I need to put some more research on it
