This is a pure maintenance release. No new features worth upgrading to are included in this release.

Quality of life improvements

Removed legacy BB1 related code
Add possibility to supply custom settings files (in order for manufacturers to easily override default settings in favor of their custom needs)

New Layouts

Add D and E layouts for X MCU

Add hackrc as supporter (2xE 4in1 ESC, 2xD 4in1 ESC)
