@damosvil I took the liberty and re-structured and reformatted the specification a bit to make it a bit more clear. I also tried to remove references to BF. I think the specification can be agnostic to whatever is implementing it on the other end. Could be BF, iNAV, some Arduino project - I tried to unify this to "receiver of the telemetry frame".

Let me know what you think, I am sure it could need another pass from some native English speaker...
