Initial draft for timing section #6

@damosvil what do you think: Which timing related information would make sense to add here. I really only want to have it EDT specific, and not turn this repo into a DSHOT specification...

Maybe it would make sense to add the bitrate in relation to DSHOT speed?

@stylesuxx I think it is better to simply put the delay, because as far as I know the delay is independent to the speed
