family taxonomic trees in chapter headers [feature] #2

this is really good, but we would need to put them in taxonomic order, not alphabetical - can be found in the eBird/Clements checklist

order of appearance of families is jumbled now? Can I help by providing an index of the order they should go in?

Yeah, I closed this prematurely.

At the moment, the books taking too long to compile (+50 minutes) which is causing problems (#11). I need to rewrite some of the code to cache data for making the figures.

Also, if you could provide me a list of species names from the Clements checklist that should be in the book then this will reduce processing time too (as we talked about in #6). At the moment it's including all taxa (including "slash" species and others) that aren't "species".
