RGB Sliders scaling problem [Palette window displays artifacts] #426

There are some lines above the palette window, visibilty seem to depend on 
selected color.

Looking at the screenshot, you seem to have sliders set on a 0..63 range
I suspect we're trying to draw a bar from the 0..255 color value in a 0..63 bar.
