New feature - loading/saving palettes

Thanks for the OSX port of this great pixel paint program!

The only thing i am missing till now is to load/save palettes. Would be nice if 
this could be included in the future.

You can save palette as "jasc-pal" format if you click Save and choose format 
"pal", it is recognized by several other painting programs (PaintShopPro, 
Cosmigo Promotion, maybe Photoshop...)
When Grafx2 loads such file, it only replaces the palette of the current image. 
If what you want is to adapt the current image to such palette, instead you 
need to do things in this order:
- Swap with spare (Tab)
- Load the palette file
- Copy to spare (shift-Tab) : "Palette and remap"
- Swap with spare (Tab)

Now maybe we should propose the remap when loading a palette...
