Whenever I attempt to open grafx2 nothing happens then when I open try to open
it through the terminal the following message appears:

Error number 12 occured in file main.c, line 661, function Init_program.
Error: File gfx2.ini is corrupt!
It contains bad values at line 175.
You can re-generate it by deleting the file and running GrafX2 again.

I am currently using version 2.3 on OpSys-Ububtu 13.04

I left the program running as I left the room and it crashed I have tried using
rm to remove the file gfx2.ini but it comes up with a message saying the file
was not found

Thanks,
Jess

The file should be in a hidden directory called .Grafx2 of your "HOME"
directory (Directory name begins with a dot)
Can you send us a copy of the file, so that we can get an idea of what happened
?

I just did a first time install of grafx2 and after opening and closing it once, I also get this error for the same line number.

Line 175 contains: Coordinates = 0 ; (default 1)

Deleting that line gives the same error but for line number 424 (last line). Deleting that line gives the error for line 423, then 422 etc.

edit

Changing the value for Coordinates to 1 instead of 0 makes it run fine. The only two values that are allowable are 1 and 2, but the program gives it an initial value of 0 when it first creates the config.
