some issue in XmppThread. #429

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'm going to inherit XmppThread class.
I think that below member fucntions must have protected attribute

  void OnStateChange(buzz::XmppEngine::State state);
  void OnMessage(talk_base::Message* pmsg);

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
libjingle revision 303
