Model report

Create a function that generates an automated report on a model or model set along with tuning datasets.

The specifics still need to be hammered out but this could include:

• Summary stats on how well the model matches the eBird S&T distributions
• Side by side plots of tracks from the training dataset and synthetic routes.
• Statistics comparing synthetic tracks vs observed tracks
  • tortuosity
  • movement timing?
• Possibly plots or stats comparing to other runs in the grid search.
• Plot of mean movement distance over time for the population, with ebird S&T season labels, possibly comparing it to mean movement over time in tracking data.

Logistically this would use a template markdown file that then gets rendered into html and or pdf documents.

This overlaps quite a bit with how I'm working on characterizing models, so I should be able to contribute some code at some point.
