Update content meta tag descriptor #302

In the source code of the search page(search.bvsalud.org/aimafro); please update the content meta tag descriptor ( <meta http-equiv="description" content="The Global Index Medicus..."). Replace with the following sentence: content="The African Index Medicus database provides worldwide access to biomedical and public health publications produced in or related to Africa".
