Unable to attach Column Filter to Data Table using Fixed Columns

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I am using Fixed Column Plug In in my data table along with Horizontal & 
Vertical Scroll. This works well.
2. To have column filter in the table, I am using the Column Filter Plug In. 
3. when I run the page I get the error. 

What is the expected output? 
Column Filter should appear.

What do you see instead?
I get the below error, 
"Microsoft JScript runtime error: Object doesn't support property or method 
'columnFilter'"
on the line "$('#tblSourceDataMapp').dataTable.columnFilter();"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.4.7 on Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
