sPlaceHolder getting clobbered by sorting #85

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. enable sPlaceHolder: "head:before"
2. add tr to thead
3. try to click into the filter

Expected Results: Filter the column.

Actual Results: The sort activates and the filters disappear. 

Datatables 1.9.3 Column Filter 0.9.0

It also took me quite a while to find documentation for head:before.
