What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Configure a tax rate and associate a menu item.
2. Create a ticket
3. Add the taxed menu item to the ticket
4. Void the item
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
What you should see is that the ticket has no outstanding Amount. You've added
items that have tax, then removed them. The problem is that the tax remains,
with no way to clear the ticket except to settle.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.61 on Windows XP
