Update depencies versions #22

This PR Updates all used libraries to their most recent version. It also updates the packages version to rust edition 2021 / rustc 17.74

Thanks for the PR, and sorry for the delay! I took the change, added some more recent upgrades but only upped the requirement to Rust 1.63, which is currently available in Debian stable.
