Mani commands does not work on server console #135

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Type a mani command which uses player identifier args such as ma_setskin or 
ma_give on server console

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The commands should work but instead it show that Mani isn't able to find the 
player.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Mani Admin Plugin v1.2vb VSP on Windows Server 2003

Please provide any additional information below.
Tested without any immunity to the commands.

Edit: This also breaks scripts or addons which depend on Mani's functions.

I just looked in v1.2vc ... without immunity it worked just as it should.  
Maybe this needs to be tested again to ensure something else might not be 
happening.
