What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Set the server to allow friendly fire
2.Enable M-A-P TK protection
3.Set mani_tk_slap_on_team_wound 1

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The view of the person should be moved, instead nothing happens

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

This cannot be fixed by the plugin.  The player_hurt event isn't fired when the 
game_mode is 0 (casual).  It only works when game_mode is set to 1 
(competitive).
