'timeleft' not reporting timeleft

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. say timeleft
2.
3.

What is the expected output?

the actual time left for the map

What do you see instead?

At the end of this round!

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

beta c/linux

Please provide any additional information below.
seems to work unless the map is extended with a vote..

I don't know the exact way to duplicate this yet

but I have seen 'At the end of this round!' and it go on for some more rounds..

Its after a couple round extensions.. 'showscores' board is reporting 43 
minutes and 'timeleft' is reporting 8 minutes... I let the 8 minutes run down.. 
and that is when it says "This is the last round !!"

I also found out that 'timeleft' in the game console, and server console both 
report the correct time, its only in the chat it's off time..

(wish we could edit comments) I wanted to add this throws off the end of map 
voting too, it will come up to vote for the next map, but we still have over 
half hour togo.. time extended only 15 minutes each time i dont see how were 
over half hour anyway..
