CS:GO, Cant go from team to spectate in and back in same round

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play a round in a team
2. In the middle of the round go spectate
3. Try to go back on your team in the same round 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

You should end up in a team. Instead it says, "only 1 teamchange allowed". You 
have to wait until next round to choose a team or auto. You cant even click 
until next round and you have to bring up the team select menu again
Many dont get this and gets frustrated and wonder why the cant pick a team.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Mani for CS:GO beta 3 on Win 7

Please provide any additional information below.

It's the game.. not a mani thing.
I thought it was a team balance thing, but after researching a bit I don't 
know.. there are some other 'bug reports' for this..

The solution is to add the following commands to server.cfg:
mp_autoteambalance 0
mp_teams_unbalance_limit 0
