Source code needs minor updates to allow compiling of CSS/OB Linux, Mani version and year also need updating. #195

To allowing compiling of the source for Linux CSS and OB, three files need to 
be updated (can be more descriptive if needed).

Also the version and all the files stamped with the year "2012" need to be 
updated as well.

One more thing... I also need to uploaded the latest version of Mani CSS/OB 
archives to Google code to finally replace the outdated versions.
