I bumped universal based on the new version & readded a library that was removed and used by https://github.com/birkir/gatsby-source-prismic-graphql/pull/187

@arnaudlewis Will this be tagged, versioned and released to NPM anytime soon?

Previews don't work on v3.6.2 on NPM , but as of this PR - everything in master works as expected, without errors!
