Read notification Carplay & Android #160

I am not quite sure this is something you have already implemented or not. I am looking to integrate a feature where the user can receive the notification on his carplay or android auto, he clicks on it, and the voice (siri or google) can read out loud the text in the notifications. In my case the notification is an article.
