Implements #46

Added support for CPListImageRowItem in the CarPlay implementation. Added handler for tapping on the images. Added properties to ListItem (iOS only)

images If one of theses is set, CPListImageRowItem is used instead of CPListItem

Exposed CPMaximumNumberOfGridImages property

Exposes CPListItem.maximumImageSize and CPListImageRowItem.maximumImageSize
