Does this package replace wise2 2.4.1? http://www.ebi.ac.uk/~birney/wise2/wise2.4.1.tar.gz

This would be interesting to me too as the previous tarball location is apparently dead.

I try to install the WISE3, but can't find the "bootstrap" folder to finish making dyc. Am I do something wrong?
