I can confirm this happens for Danish and Swedish as well (see
http://androidforums.com/android-applications/116128-keyboard-multiple-languages
.html).
When setting it up to swipe between *several* languages, *only* the English one
does not have any dictionary.

yup yup, i use the swedish and english options and the swedish one works
PERFECT but there is no dictionary for english when switching with the swipe
option.
otherwise, super awesome, THANKS!

looking at the other bugs or requests on this list i think this is high up on
the list as most people use this than anything else IMO.
and yeah, its the only thing that actually annoys me on a daily basis with my
desire :(

Is there going to be any indication of when this is likely to be fixed? I'm
sure it must only be a small problem and it's driving me mad

This is still a problem! I swipe between Finnish & English layouts. The
Finnish layout works fine but nothing works with the English layout.
This has been a problem for over 6 months. Please fix! (I've donated too!)

I think we have to assume the project is abandoned. I use smart keyboard pro
now. Work well for Norwegian at least

Yeah, I agree. The project is dead, and There are better options available.
Both stock keyboard of 2.3 and swiftkey works well with dual languages

This issue should finally be fixed in the newest version. Sorry for taking so
long to fix it, I haven't really been working on this keyboard for a while.
