Feature request: Dictionary indicator #74

It would be nice if a small symbol would indicate the current dictionary. For 
example a tiny caption, or flag, to the bottom left on the "?123" button would 
indicate which dictionary is currently used.

The indicator is meant to make it easier for the user when changing 
dictionaries, especially when swiping, by providing a quick visual status.
