What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set up the keyboard so that swiping down changes the dictionary, and make
sure you have at least two dictionaries to choose between.
2. Swipe down to change the dictionary language
What is the expected output?
I should get some kind of notification telling me what dictionary was switched
to. Perhaps a toast?

What do you see instead?
No indication of the current dictionary language.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.4.4 on Android 2.1
