There is also a link in the augmentation.qmd - do you want to implement it in this same PR?

I just checked and the link in augmentation.qmd works just fine. It doesn't need fixing. The only thing I noticed is, that it points to the old sdmx.org page instead of sdmx.io. I'm not sure if this was intentional. If not, maybe you can fix it in one of your future changes.

I just realized, that the links on the index page were working only in HTML, but not in the generated README.md output. I changed them to be full URLs, so that they would work in both output formats. The change is part of #5
