feature request: Adding possibility to inject token and home id to tibber-feed #51

This will make it possible to add new user token and homeid to tibberfeed node from the dashboard UI without the user have to know about any node-red programming.

I have done a lite bit of thinking and if I should implement this it would be in form of a new node like an "injectable feed" instead of modifying the logic in "tibber-feed". I will have to do some testing and think about it. Let me know if you have any concrete suggestions on how you want this.

I am also interested in having the AccessToken and HomeID set by the user via the dasboard ui. For me, best way would be msg.payload injection to tibber-data.
