off-line version #15

Also not high priority, but I think that having an off-line version of the 
triplifier, suitable for use in the field, for instance, would be a nice 
complement to the Web interface and another selling point.

This was a feature that we thought made sense a year ago, but is it still 
needed?  My sense is that we don't need this.
