delayed vocabulary loading #28

Erroneous behavior when editing an entity while a vocabulary is not finished 
loading. This can occur with slow network connections (experienced by John at 
Moorea)

Fixed at revision r103, RDF class/propery dropdown (as well as the Save button) 
are disabled until selected vocabulary finishes loading. Also, already loaded 
vocabularies are displayed in black, while ones that need to be loaded from 
server - in blue. Page refresh clears loaded vocabularies.
