Convert Triplifier Interface to "Simple" #29

Current interface is complicated and meant for advanced users. Better to have
a "simple" interface intended to load DwCA files, BOLD sheets, or Biocode
spreadsheets. Thus, the majority of users can use pre-defined configuration
files to accomplish their triplification needs.

The "advanced users" get to go through the process of defining the links, but
only for new/unbroken ground.

Rob and I discussed two options here. First, we could have "guided"
triplification, where some aspects (e.g., attributes) are automated, but others
require more user input. Second, we could have "fully automatic"
triplification, which tries to guess the configuration from start to finish.

The first option is probably the low(er)-hanging fruit here, so we will start
there.

After thinking more about implementation and design, the "fully automatic"
triplification seemed a better place to start, in part because it is the
ultimate goal, anyway. The first pieces of this have now been implemented.

The simplifer for DwC-archives is now working from start to finish, so I'm
considering this issue closed. We will undoubtedly find more bugs and needed
enhancements, but all of the basic functionality is complete.
