Each time the application is deployed it will over-write the server-side SQLite 
storage, and thus users need to re-load their data (and get nasty messages in 
the process).

Need to store SQLite tables, other data in a place outside of deployment 
heirarchy.

Made this an enhancement instead of a Defect.  

Copying Reed Beaman on this topic as a conduit to iDigBio  -- can we define an 
interface for incoming N3 file storage?  We will want to store mapping files as 
well, along with perhaps the interface configuration files (.trp).
Estimated storage capacity here for next 1-2 years will be < 1Gb.

It would be nice to connect this to Merritt Repository.  This is no longer a 
critical issue though since we can fetch N3 files from a directory and archive 
them.  Opening a new issue on that.
