GetMyGUID ties together EZID generation and option for delivery back to folks.  
This needs to integrate with BiSciCol indexing/N3 file storage in order to work 
properly.

Step 1 is to have an option for EZID generation on the interface.
Step 2 is to deliver these back to user for integration with their source data.

testing purposes use ARKs, 
more concrete data use DOIs w/ user having to type in EZID user/pass to pass 
through for DOI generation

Following recent developer meetings and discussion, this feature no longer 
properly belongs in the Triplifier.  Should it be moved to the BiSciCol issues 
tracker?

Yep GetMyGUID is part of BiSciCol codebase now.... Put it as "WontFix"
