produced triple files are non-unique #52

problem can be created by clicking on buttons in the interface 

A new file with an incremented name is created each time publish is pushed
even if the file has already been created

I would like to see the name be related to the input so that not only identical 
files are avoided but morally equivalent files as well.

this may happen when some edits their file and resubmits it with 99.999% 
identical
data the new file should replace or be clearly a new version of the old.

Newer files identical to older files should not be created, or should be 
deleted.
