defining relationships in UI not always possible #62

When defining relationships, the UI attempts to limit which concepts are 
available for use in new relationships based on how concepts are used in 
already-defined relationships.  This worked well for our early thinking on how 
the triplifier worked, but I've recently realized that it does not allow one to 
manually define the relationships in our ontology because of the way concepts 
are reused!  Not good -- this is clearly a must-fix.
