This PR holds the current development for the next Biscuit version (version 5 of the format)

[x] heterogeneous ==
[x] .type()
[x] null
[x] closures, .any(), .all()
[x] maps and arrays (see https://github.com/biscuit-auth/biscuit/pull/173)
[ ] make the current spec version clearer in the markdown document
[ ] 3rd party block signature update
[ ] ECDSA signatures support
