New version of Video Manager #14

Hi! First of all,excuse me for my english, I'm from Barcelona (Spain) and I don't use to use it! After my cleaned and variable use version, I'm tryng to make a 'hole' new version with gui and a way to not override every user config file. In next days I'll make some advances on gui, then I'll show it to all of you. If you're interested on it, just let me know.

Thanks, it would be good to see. Anything that doesnt conflict with the RetroPie management f config files would be good.

I'd be interested in this. You should see if the retropie devs will add your manager to retropie as well.

@Brandoskey I really need to set out a roadmap of how best to develop the tool, it needs to be standalone, not conflict with RetroPie configs and ideally pull down assets when needed instead of all media assets being directly in the project. It also needs to consider configs relating to the shader with and without overlays. I guess I could use the Project feature in GitHub.
