default.xml: drop now unused bisdn-onie-additions #62

Since we moved all required files to meta-switch, we do not need bisdn-onie-additions anymore and can drop it from the checkout.

We should definitely keep it as we still need it in case we need to build older versions (or release a special bug fix release), and it contains files for currently unsupported platforms, so from a documentation perspective we should also keep it, as we would else lose the commit history.

We can decide to make it read-only or so once we dropped support for releases 4.7 and earlier.
