libnl: backport fix for updated object notifications #206

Backport the fix for updated object notifications, where the update was accidentially set to the update, not the updated object.

This fixes incomplete ecmp route update notifications.

Depends on https://github.com/bisdn/basebox/pull/438 (so should probably only be merged with an appropriate baseboxd recipe update)
