distro: bump version to 5.1.2 #207

now that 5.1.1 is released, bump the version to indicate that this isn't 5.1.1 anymore.

This isn't necessarily an intention to release a 5.1.2, but more to indicate that any snapshots built from the branch(es) are post 5.1.1.
