include man pages for all components in full images #224

Enable the doc-pkgs image feature to automatically install man pages for any package included in the image.

Increases the image size by about 11 MiB.

Nice, thanks for testing! I just noticed that the backported fixes were accepted, but didn't get around to test them (which is why I had it on draft).
