README File Creation #48

1) Go to the Figma URL : https://www.figma.com/file/My0RMPXpc7Q5TAGcMgHaup/The-Blog---A-Web-Personal-Blog-(Community)?type=design&node-id=614%3A352&mode=dev&t=cz3p5pqR4MbedfNO-1

2) Understand and go through all the pages.

3) make a README.md file with all the modern practices and add Screenshots and all eg: https://github.com/bishalde/QR-Code-Generator

4) add all the relevant data and commit and push it. Only after verification it will be merged.!
