Feat: Giving color to links in the users profiles

When we click on search the github profile of the user there are some links that look like they are text. so what we can do is to give them a color so that the user can differentiate them . also there are some other links inside the repo of the user that looks like they are text. so we can do the same for them also these the screen shots for the issues

Actually i am working on this issue pls look for other issues there are many issues out there thank you
