Steps to reproduce:
1. Copy the subtext files to the web server
2. Add web application for folder
2. Set up an empty SQL server database
3. Give appropriate db permission to NETWORK SEVICE
4. Set connection string in web.config
5. Browse to the blog
You we'll get an error message about context not available (sorry I don't
have the exact text) instead of the database installation page.
If you switch to the classic App Pool the installation works
If you switch back to integrated mode after installtion everything works.
Tested on: Window 7 Pro 64bit, IIS 7.5, SQL Express 2008, SubText revision
4006.
