add the ability to post using Markdown (see 
http://daringfireball.net/projects/markdown/ for syntax) instead of html.

any post defined as using Markdown for the body content should have its body 
converted to html before display.

there should be an Admin setting to allow Markdown to be the default 
ContentType when posting using either the web editor (wmd) or metaweblog.
