Wrong url for category list

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a multi-blog installation on same host but different folders
2. Add categories
3. Look at the url generated for the categories in the sidebar

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I get the url without the folder name
http://localhost:2732/category/1.aspx
while I should see the url with the subfolder included:
http://localhost:2732/blog/category/1.aspx
