HttpException when viewing Skins admin in medium trust #233

On a fresh install of Subtext 2.5, change web.config to have a trust level of 
Medium and visit the Skins admin page. We get an exception with the message:

~/skins/D:\garfoot.com\wwwroot\subtext\skins\Aggregate/SkinIcon.png' is not a 
valid virtual path.
