Edit Categories for Articles -> Http 404 #243

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Login to admin 
2.Articles
3.Edit Categories

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Form to add/edit category
Seeing: HTTP 404

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.5.1.20 / Windows 7 64-Bit

Please provide any additional information below.
The Link for "Edit Categories" goes to /EditCategories.aspx instead of 
/admin/EditCategories.aspx

Works for me: can someone else try and replicate the issue?
Does this happens only in multiple blogs installations?

I tried to replicate this in a variety of different setups and couldn't... :S
